1. About Truehome

Truehome is a real-estate advisory that lists verified residential and plot properties and helps families connect with owners, builders, and partner agents. We are not the seller of the listed properties unless explicitly stated.

2. Listings and accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to verify pricing, area, possession status, and documentation for every listing. Final figures can change — verify on-site and with the title documents before signing or paying. Listings, photos, and prices are indicative.

3. AI concierge

The AI concierge is provided to help you shortlist and ask quick questions. Its answers are guidance, not legal or financial advice. Always confirm key facts with a Truehome advisor or qualified professional.

4. Enquiries and visits

Site visits are free. You're responsible for the information you share and for verifying your own eligibility (loan, KYC, NRI status, etc.). Truehome does not charge buyers a brokerage on most listings; any fee will be disclosed in writing before you transact.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy, or republish listings without written consent.
• Don't submit false enquiries, spam our forms, or impersonate others.
• Don't attempt to interfere with the AI concierge or site infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The Truehome name, logo, site design, photographs we shoot, and original copy are owned by Truehome. Builder-supplied materials remain the property of their owners and are used with permission.

7. Third-party services

We link to maps, payment partners, and lender pages. Their terms apply when you use them. Truehome is not responsible for third-party content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Truehome's liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the brokerage actually paid by you to Truehome, if any. We are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
